Succession Policy

This policy defines how the position of the Technical Lead can be fufilled if the current one is absent to ensure continuation of operations.

It is split into 3 situations.

1. Planned absence of the Technical lead. (Colloquially "the 25th Amendment" to use American terms because tv when I wrote this)
2. Under an emergency declaration following the absence without contact of the Technical Lead.
3. Under a Designated Survivor (you should watch the Netflix series) deceleration in the event the Team are ever at an event on mass. (Let's hope this is never used).
